Grilled Spicy Kafta كفتة خشخاش

Ingredients: Charcoal-grilled skewers of minced lamb, served on a bed of spicy sauce. Served with bread. Contains wheat (gluten).

Our grilling technique and signature sauce brings out the best in our Kafta Khosh-Khash, a dish that pairs seasoned ground lamb with fresh onions, garlic and parsley.

To add lively contrast to the richness of the meat, we prepare a peppery red sauce. This sauce combines Aleppo chili, which adds a warming kick, with fresh tomatoes, which offer an extra dimension of robustness.

To help absorb all the juicy flavours, the Kafta is served on top of a generous mound of buttery, fragrant Basmati rice.
