We start with seasoned minced lamb and a mixture of fresh onion and parsley. Tender chunks of meat (kafta) are then grilled and topped with a tangy tahini sauce, which adds a pleasing twist to the savory richness.
As a finishing touch, the lamb kafta are served on top of a bed of light, fragrant Basmati rice.
