Ingredients: Home-made Lebanese spicy sausages, sautéed in lemon
To prepare our Soujok, or Lebanese lamb sausage, we begin with the highest quality ground lamb. We then add chopped tomatoes, sweet onion, tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil to create a mouthwatering red sauce that complements the sausage perfectly.
Finally, we form lamb the sausages and sauté them in fresh lemon juice and tomato. As a finishing touch, the warm Soujok along with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion are folded inside a house-made pita wrap. Our thick pita bread soaks up all of the Soujok’s meaty juices and zesty sauce, so you won’t miss any of the delicious flavors.
